With her love for and experience in health and fitness, Whitney aims to keep herself and our family healthy. But beyond our household stretches her love for others and her desire to help others improve their lives from the benefits of exercise. As a mother she adores her time she spends with our kids, and she never wants to let a second go to waste. So she devised a way to workout with them... yes... even the baby. In fact, we should say especially with the baby. On this page she is sharing those plans with you. Mondays are fitness days on our blog, so you can look forward to a new fitness related post every Monday.

Her love for writing combined with her love and education in health and fitness has led to her having over 100 articles published. Some fitness posts include those articles.
